The XYZ team is looking to add talented and dedicated BCBAs.  We provide evidence-based ABA therapy in client’s homes and in the community setting, with the goal of helping children reach as close to age appropriate skill levels and independence as possible.  The BCBAs work closely with our families to address behavior and skill concerns as well as progress.  

BCBAs provide ongoing supervision to our behavior technicians (BT) to ensure treatment fidelity.  At XYZ, we are a team.  Our BCBAs and BTs represent this team to each of our children and families.  We are proud of our team and the work that we do.

 The BCBA will be responsible for:

• Conducting skill assessments

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments

• Creating treatment plans

• Creating Behavior Intervention Plans

• Supervising Behavior Technicians

• Updating treatment plans based on data

• Conducting parent trainings
