School Services for Students
The team at XYZ ABA believes in consistency across all environments, including school. We also believe that ABA can and should be applied within the school setting. Your child spends a large part of the day in this environment and with peers and school faculty. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) can consult with your child’s teacher and other school staff regarding any behaviors impeding academic or social success. The BCBA can conduct an assessment of behavior at school and create a behavior intervention plan based on this assessment. The BCBA will then train school staff on the strategies used in the plan and can continue to consult to ensure effectiveness and accuracy. We offer in school services for children receiving ABA therapy with XYZ ABA and those that do not.
School Services for classrooms/staff Trainings
XYZ ABA believes in ABA and the positive ways in which it helps children learn. While ABA can be applied individually to people, the principles of ABA can also be applied in larger group settings, including classrooms. An XYZ BCBA can conduct staff trainings, including professional development trainings, regarding these principles and how to apply them in the classroom. The BCBA also offers consultation in the classroom to help the teacher apply ABA techniques.

Intake
An XYZ team member will help you begin this journey. They will answer any questions or concerns that you might have. You might be feeling overwhelmed, the XYZ team member is here to help walk you through this process.
INSURANCE ELIGIBILITY
We will help you determine your insurance benefits. If ABA Therapy is covered , we will help you determine any out of pocket expenses. If ABA Therapy is not a covered benefit for your child, we will review costs associated with treatment.
ASSESMENT

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst will conduct an assessment with your child and create an individualized treatment plan based on the results of this assessment and any concerns of the parents.
ABA THERAPY
​
A trained Behavior Technician (BT) will conduct ABA therapy sessions with your child, based on the individualized treatment plan written by the BCBA. The BT will be trained and supervised by the BCBA. Parent training, with a BCBA, is offered and encouraged throughout the treatment phase.
