XYZ ABA offers supervision for Behavior Technicians working towards earning their certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BAC).  Each supervisingBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) completed the qualification process to provide quality supervision for BCBA students.  This includes supervision of direct treatment with children as well as meetings between supervisor and supervisee.  The BACB requirement includes a combination of direct and indirect hours.  At XYZ ABA, we ensure that each BCBA student is given the opportunity to earn hours in each category.  Honest and critical feedback will be provided in a positive manner and correct techniques will be modeled and reviewed to the student prior to and following implementation.
