Our Providers
When choosing an ABA company, wouldn’t it be helpful to know more about the person you are hiring during this very important time in your child’s life? We will provide you with the credentials and experience of the BCBA assigned to work with you and your child. Each BCBA has a small caseload, to ensure quality and consistent service. This is extremely important to us, and the reason that XYZ ABA was founded. Our clinical director and founder oversees each treatment plan and works closely with all of our BCBAs, allowing for a team approach. This approach is taken to provide the highest quality of service for your child, with the idea that two minds working together is more effective than one.

Some providers take on many cases, overworking their staff. Due to this, each child is not afforded the best treatment possible, their productivity could decrease as the provider is being pulled in multiple directions. Our Founder oversees the treatment of all the XYZ ABA children. She wants to know that each child is getting the best treatment possible. So if there's a change, she is always the main person in your child's process.
